What you will do

• Support the design and maintenance of complex retirement plan structures for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with service teams to provide investment advisory services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct benchmarking, due diligence, and RFP fulfillment to keep client plans competitive.
• Manage client relationships by understanding strategic objectives and facilitating fiduciary training.
• Communicate value propositions to prospective clients and participate in industry presentations.
• Analyze non-discrimination testing and propose strategies for plan compliance.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Two to five years of experience in retirement plan sales or related consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to travel for business up to 25%.
• Must be licensed to allow registration as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR).
