What you will do

• Define and drive technical strategy for the Experience Management Platform.
• Lead engineering managers and engineers to replace legacy systems with a modern, agentic, self-serve platform.
• Own technical architecture, roadmaps, and non-functional standards for performance, cost, and scale.
• Drive transformation toward a scalable architecture with built-in agentic capabilities to increase business agility.
• Establish operational excellence through domain KPIs, scorecards, and ROI analysis.
• Develop leadership pipelines and set promotion standards for a high-performing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of software experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record leading technical strategy and delivery for organization-scale platforms.
• Expertise in complex distributed systems, software architecture, API design, and data modeling.
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts in production-oriented software or platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating employer).

Nice to have

• Experience leading platform organizations as a leader of leaders (managing multiple engineering managers).
• Background in configuration-driven platforms such as CMS or experience orchestration.
• Experience advancing agentic workflows via low-code, no-code, or conversational interfaces.
• Track record of successfully retiring legacy systems while maintaining business continuity.
• Familiarity with server-driven UI and modern no-code tooling.
