What you will do

• Oversee flagship product surface areas including the homepage, chat experience, and document Q&A.
• Architect the transition of core features into a scalable, agentic platform for internal and external integration.
• Scale the engineering organization by hiring and retaining world-class software and AI talent.
• Collaborate with leadership across Product, Design, and Research to define and execute company objectives.
• Shape the organizational structure and geographic footprint of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco
• 5+ years of experience leading large engineering organizations, including managers and senior individual contributors.
• Proven track record of shipping best-in-class consumer or enterprise products.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling features using Generative AI.
• Experience thriving in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Ability to partner strategically with senior leadership to drive complex objectives.
