SAP API Developer

Location: Remote from Serbia or Romania

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom APIs and integration scenarios using SAP Process Orchestration, Process Integration, and SAP Gateway.
• Develop ABAP programs and enhance SAP solutions based on business requirements.
• Translate requirements from business analysts and functional teams into technical specifications.
• Integrate SAP systems with external applications and support unit and integration testing.
• Monitor, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and API performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP Gateway.
• Proven experience with SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP integration protocols.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams and provide ongoing integration support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java.
