What you will do

  • Engage with at-risk accounts to prevent churn and ensure long-term retention.
  • Drive product adoption and maximize value realization for new and existing clients.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical workflow issues for customers.
  • Lead onboarding and deployment processes for new client teams.
  • Deliver training sessions to ensure teams effectively utilize the platform.
  • Act as a feedback loop by sharing customer insights with the product team.

Requirements

  • Medior profile with prior experience in technical support or technical account management.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to investigate and debug technical workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, get-stuff-done attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • English proficiency required.
