What you will do
- Lead the overall Support and Training strategy, including organization design, escalation paths, and coverage models.
- Recruit and manage a high-performing team of training and support professionals.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for the customer and drive platform improvements.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to reduce implementation time and increase early adoption.
- Develop role-based learning paths and enablement campaigns for various user levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Support, Training, or Customer Education within the SaaS/technology sector.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams.
- Strong expertise in B2B SaaS delivery models and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with LMS and e-learning tools.
- Proven track record of building certification and credentialing programs.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience or passion for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) tech or Homebuilding.
