Compensation: $90,000 – $140,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and accelerate pipeline generation.

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering and Product to translate roadmap updates into actionable enablement for the Sales Development team.
• Configure new features and playbooks within the hirify.global platform to improve internal and customer-facing sales efficiency.
• Analyze data to report on efficiency gains and impact on pipeline generation across the GTM function.
• Provide continuous product feedback to the engineering team to help shape the platform vision.
• Collaborate with sales enablement to create content and playbooks for the GTM tech stack.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and strategic inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the San Francisco office 3x/week
• 2+ years of relevant sales development experience selling to sales leaders.
• Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing early-stage startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for prioritization.
• Deep familiarity with systems like hirify.global, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
