What you will do

• Lead cross-functional efforts to solve complex physical design challenges across multiple IPs and technology nodes.
• Develop and maintain RTL-to-GDS methodologies, including floorplanning, synthesis, place-and-route, and STA.
• Optimize EDA tools and custom CAD solutions to improve PPA, runtime, and engineering productivity.
• Partner with physical verification, RC extraction, timing, and DFT teams.
• Drive innovative ML-based approaches to design optimization.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Physical Design and CAD methodology development.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Fusion Compiler).
• Proficiency in scripting with Tcl, Python, or Perl.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR).
