What you will do

• Integrate real-world engineering expertise into the product development process.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to optimize engineering workflows within the platform.
• Collaborate with customers to identify design review bottlenecks and process gaps.
• Validate product concepts through a technical engineering lens.
• Translate complex technical workflows into clear product requirements and user insights.
• Support product demos and feedback sessions providing deep engineering context.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in product development, manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering review workflows.
• Proven track record of bringing physical products to market and working iteratively on designs.
• Must be based in North America.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM, CAD collaboration, or engineering workflow software.
• Exposure to design reviews, change management, or supplier collaboration processes.
• Experience working with enterprise engineering teams.
