TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Boise, ID, USA

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 base salary (OTE $150,000–$200,000)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and scoring models.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, managing integrations between CRM, enrichment, and sequencing tools.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research and personalized outreach generation.
  • Instrument the full top-of-funnel to track performance and optimize for meeting conversion.
  • Develop automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to ensure data integrity.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and GTM tooling to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Boise, ID, USA
  • Proven experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or technical RevOps roles.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment and multi-step sequences.
  • Deep proficiency with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, and sequencing tools.
  • Strong technical skills in managing REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking pipeline influenced, reply rates, and conversion metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company with a B2B or API sales motion.
