What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new Tier #1 and Tier #2 bank and Credit Union clients in Canada.
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies to win multi-year SaaS and digital transformation deals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and C-1 decision-makers.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in collaboration with internal product and consulting teams.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and workshops to reinforce thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million ARR deals with Tier #1 and Tier #2 banks.
  • Established network of senior decision-makers within Canadian financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of digital banking trends, AI-driven personalization, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Mastery of consultative sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Canada and the United States (30–40%).
