What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services for user-facing features.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with product and business objectives.
• Contribute hands-on to development, focusing on complex or critical system components.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern SDLC methodologies.
• Mentor team members to elevate engineering standards and squad seniority.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive, high-value solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of development experience with a strong backend orientation.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or leading engineering initiatives.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to actively code.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Experience working on user-facing systems and leading frontend developers.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Experience leading teams through organizational transitions.
• Background in fintech or data-driven products.
