Principal Software Engineer (Secure Agentic AI)

Location: Petach Tikva, Israel; full-time office work is expected

What you will do

• Own the technical direction of platform domains covering agent identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
• Design and implement mechanisms for agent identity, dynamic access, secure system interactions, and verifiable audit trails.
• Shape architectures spanning multiple services and teams while balancing scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead high-impact implementation, mentor engineers, and guide complex technical trade-offs.
• Identify critical technical gaps and drive solutions from concept through delivery.
• Establish engineering practices for code quality, security, operational excellence, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend and systems engineering, with ownership of large-scale or security-critical systems.
• Experience designing and operating secure, scalable, and reliable distributed cloud architectures.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience or strong interest in identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
• Ability to make high-impact technical decisions, communicate complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
• Work from the Petach Tikva, Israel office is expected; visa sponsorship is not available.
