What you will do

• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and performance reports to track program progress.
• Lead stakeholder communication and ensure program alignment with corporate imperatives.
• Execute change management strategies to maximize engagement and minimize resistance.
• Standardize program documentation and propose improvements for governance and PMO processes.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple workstreams to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with account managers to scope new opportunities and prepare high-value proposals.

Requirements

• BSc or BEng degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
• MBA or background in a digital agency, strategic consultancy, or digital product studio.
• Expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, and organizational change management.
• Proficiency in PM tools and digital collaboration software like Google Sheets, SmartSheet, or Miro.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills for managing cross-functional matrix partnerships.
