What you will do

  • Build and scale a customer marketing program to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy via case studies and earned media.
  • Own the Executive Customer Council, managing the annual event calendar and associated content strategy.
  • Lead global content strategy and operations to develop integrated campaigns that support pipeline and category growth.
  • Oversee corporate, product, and executive communications to elevate the Cognitive Banking narrative across global media and digital channels.
  • Develop a comprehensive video strategy for client stories, product launches, and brand awareness.
  • Design social media strategies for key executives and implement employee amplification programs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Proven success in building integrated content and communications programs that drive revenue impact.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex technology into human narratives.
  • Expertise in developing customer advocacy programs, including reference networks and customer councils.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
