Salary: $180,000–$230,000 OTE

What you will do

• Engage with customers post-close to analyze operational workflows and define deployment requirements.
• Configure and integrate AI components into tailored enterprise workflows.
• Own end-to-end solution deployment, ensuring models meet performance and business value expectations.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems like Finance and ERP platforms.
• Guide customers through security, compliance, and IT approval processes.
• Collaborate with R&D to close data gaps and extend product capabilities based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and enterprise system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms.
• Financial services industry experience.
