Founding Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 OTE annually, excluding equity and other compensation.

hirify.global is an early-stage, well-funded startup building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex enterprise workflows into AI-powered operations.

What you will do

• Engage with enterprise customers after contract signing to understand workflows, operational processes, data readiness, and deployment requirements.
• Translate customer needs into implementation plans and tailored AI-powered workflows.
• Configure and integrate AI components, collaborate with R&D to close data gaps, and extend product capabilities when needed.
• Own end-to-end solution deployment, define success metrics, and drive adoption after launch.
• Lead secure, scalable integrations with finance, ERP, email, and other enterprise systems.
• Guide customers through security, compliance, IT approvals, and rollout planning across the post-sale lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, professional services, or a similar post-sale customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications, with high adoption of modern AI tools and workflows.
• Experience supporting cloud deployments and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms.
• Financial services industry experience.
