What you will do
- Analyze online transaction data to explain AI model decisions to merchants in clear business terms.
- Partner with the Analytics team to improve model precision based on direct customer feedback.
- Educate customers on the Policy Builder product and assist in maintaining merchant-specific business rules.
- Draft and publish knowledge base content to facilitate customer self-service.
- Perform proactive outreach regarding integration health and analytical observations.
- Support internal teams by equipping them to handle complex analytical and business queries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics support within SaaS, software, or FinTech environments.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex analytical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, customer-first mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
