What you will do

• Own strategic relationships with assigned bank customers as the primary point of accountability.
• Drive platform adoption and translate usage into measurable business outcomes like engagement and retention.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, including new use cases and additional product modules.
• Act as a product advisor to help customers leverage current and future capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure alignment.
• Monitor customer health indicators and facilitate executive strategic reviews.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Experience working with large banks, credit unions, or enterprise financial services.
• Proven track record in driving retention and expansion (GRR and NRR) within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of digital banking, AI, or data-driven SaaS platforms.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in English with a university degree or higher.
