What you will do
- Resolve technical cases for prominent Japanese enterprises across development, staging, and production environments.
- Manage cases end-to-end, including log gathering, documentation, and maintaining timely client communication.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to remove blockers and ensure adherence to SLA standards.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve diagnostics and case resolution efficiency.
- Work towards achieving the Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
- Handle staggered shifts, on-call duties, and weekend coverage as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Up to 2 years of experience in technical support or software development (fresh graduates are welcome).
- High-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred) and business-level English are mandatory.
- Familiarity with Core Java/JEE or a strong interest in obtaining Pega certification.
- Foundational understanding of troubleshooting and debugging in enterprise software environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to root cause documentation.
