What you will do

• Plan and execute messaging strategies to drive product adoption and user engagement.
• Own the website experience and lead initiatives for landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battle cards, and customer success stories.
• Design and optimize lead nurturing email workflows to support the sales funnel.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform product positioning.
• Oversee the content team and provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing or digital marketing with a focus on email, CRO, and segmentation.
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
