About the Role
You will lead how stablecoin and payments infrastructure products are brought to market across global and emerging markets. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue teams, you will define the go to market strategy, sharpen messaging, and drive adoption of stablecoin and payments products. You will translate complex financial infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with institutional partners, businesses, and everyday users. From first touchpoint to closed deal, you will ensure consistency in how value is communicated in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Requirements
- 5 - 8+ years in product marketing
- Prior exposure to crypto stablecoin digital assets or payment infrastructure is an advantage
- Experience marketing to institutional enterprise or financial services buyers
- Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies for financial infrastructure products
- Strong understanding of fintech and crypto competitive landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep fluency in the B2B sales cycle with the ability to create sales enablement materials that accelerate deals
- Ability to read and interpret product documentation and translate them into buyer facing language without losing accuracy
- Experience with competitive intelligence frameworks and presenting findings for sales teams
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with product sales marketing customer success and other teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end go to market strategies for product launches and define launch goals timelines and key activities
- Develop high impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks one pagers videos and case studies and ensure consistent positioning and messaging
- Own product positioning value propositions and messaging pillars rooted in customer insights and market dynamics and deliver demonstrations and external facing content
- Conduct customer interviews and win loss analyses to uncover insights and ROI metrics and collaborate with Customer Success to source references
- Stay up to date on competitor activity and build competitive intelligence frameworks to inform positioning and sales strategies
