What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts.
- Prospect into scaling companies and engage technical buying groups.
- Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals.
- Run structured discovery and value-based product demonstrations.
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of closing experience in Commercial or Mid-Market sales.
- Proven success managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills.
- Deep comfort selling technical SaaS products, specifically DevOps or developer tools.
- Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable mindset.
