What you will do

• Implement and maintain anti-fraud tools across all products to ensure effective performance.
• Manage billing-related customer requests and resolve payment issues professionally.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including chargebacks, VAMP, and ECM ratios.
• Process alerts through PSP and acquirer dashboards and resolve disputes with banks.
• Sync anti-fraud rules with the payment orchestrator to prevent traffic drop-off and logic conflicts.
• Analyze transaction data to make informed decisions with direct financial impact.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, payment operations, or fraud prevention within an international product environment.
• Proficiency with anti-fraud tools such as SEON or Merchanto.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail regarding financial data.
• Ability to manage risk and handle complex chargeback disputes.
• Understanding of PSP and acquirer dashboard operations.
