What you will do

• Lead technical architecture and system design for core products and services within your domain.
• Guide a multidisciplinary squad of frontend, backend, and data engineers through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure development aligns with business objectives, long-term system health, and engineering standards.
• Oversee system reliability, monitoring, and incident response within your domain.
• Drive a culture of technical excellence and ownership through design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience guiding engineering teams and making architectural decisions.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on scalable architecture and system design.
• Strong backend expertise in Kotlin/Java (preferred), .NET, or Python.
• Proficiency in modern system architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Spring Framework and AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with message queue technologies such as Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with frontend and mobile technologies.
• Experience using AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
