Solutions Architect - PubSec (AI/DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape technical account strategies, increase qualified pipeline, and support expansion opportunities.
• Run technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and validation activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Own technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, solution design, and workshop delivery, with documented outcomes and clear next steps.
• Develop solution architectures aligned with customer environments, priorities, and operating models.
• Guide customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, cloud adoption, and agentic AI workflows.
• Build customer and stakeholder relationships, create reusable technical collateral, and provide field feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to conduct technical evaluations such as proofs of concept, proofs of value, workshops, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps practices, and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global or similar DevSecOps or software delivery platforms.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt technical messages for practitioners, technical stakeholders, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strength in building credibility, listening carefully, and representing customer needs to internal teams.
• Interest in continuous learning, knowledge exchange, and developing expertise in hirify.global, AI, and related cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, self-managed environments, or transferable experience from related technical fields.
