What you will do

• Monitor supply base developments and trends to ensure hirify.global is prepared to react appropriately.
• Drive supplier selection activities by leading Sourcing Teams.
• Negotiate Long Term Supply Agreements (LTSA), NPI Agreements, and associated agreements.
• Drive continuous cost and lead time reduction.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and drive closure of findings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, engineering, supply chain, or related fields is required; Masters in business administration, engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with an MBA or 7 years with a bachelor’s degree in supplier management in a high-tech, international manufacturing environment.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement of highly technical, complex engineered products.
• Proven track record in developing strong business relationships with key suppliers and experience in developing and executing long term agreements is required.
• Experience with complex negotiations, problem solving, strategic planning and financial analysis are essential.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally required.
