What you will do

• Design complex multi-layer PCBs (analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF) from schematic capture through to manufacturing release.
• Execute component placement, stack-up design, and high-speed routing while managing SI and PI requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless mechanical integration and optimal thermal dissipation.
• Create and maintain schematic symbols and 3D component footprints according to IPC-7351 guidelines.
• Apply DFM and DFA principles to maximize production yields and generate comprehensive fabrication and assembly packages.
• Liaise with fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve technical queries during production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical certification (e.g., IPC CID/CID+).
• 3+ years of proven experience in board-level PCB design and layout.
• Proficiency in major CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics.
• Strong understanding of grounding strategies, decoupling, EMI/EMC mitigation, and thermal management.
• Deep familiarity with PCB fabrication processes (FR4, HDI, blind/buried vias) and component packaging.
• Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-6012) and regulatory compliances (RoHS, CE, FCC).
