Salary: $112,500 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead VAR enablement, certification, and "Train the Trainer" programs as the subject matter expert for the IES platform.
• Drive strategic implementation of new quarterly features and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Manage technical escalations and coordinate between VAR partners, leadership, and product teams.
• Provide white-glove on-site training and direct support for VAR clients and CSMs.
• Track program performance and provide data-driven insights for platform and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders to identify customer friction points and recommend workflow enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in high-touch software implementation, management consulting, or professional services.
• 8+ years of direct experience in complex accounting for multi-entity enterprises.
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential highly preferred.
• Advanced expertise in the IES ecosystem and complex migrations from QuickBooks Desktop or legacy ERPs.
• Proven track record of managing multi-party implementations with external consultants.
• Ability to travel 25%–35% of the time to engage directly with firms on-site.
