What you will do

• Provide senior-level compliance consulting services to investment advisers, broker-dealers, and private fund managers.
• Lead complex compliance reviews and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders.
• Draft and review disclosure documents, policies, procedures, and other regulatory materials.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of new service offerings and internal methodologies.
• Serve as a senior subject matter resource for consultants and leadership across the organization.
• Partner with sales teams to support business development, proposal scoping, and prospect meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Law degree or advanced compliance experience required.
• 8–12+ years of experience in investment adviser compliance with deep knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and provide practical, business-oriented guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement across all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with private funds, CFTC/NFA, or FINRA requirements.
• Prior experience in a compliance consulting role.
• Experience contributing to internal training programs or service development initiatives.
