Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Support onboarding and implementation efforts for channel partners and their customers.
• Act as a technical resource for partner-facing teams regarding product capabilities and integration best practices.
• Design and deliver training sessions for partner support and technical teams.
• Develop partner enablement materials including playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor early adoption performance and gather insights for partner reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role such as Technical Account Manager or Implementation Consultant.
• Familiarity with APIs, data analysis, or technical integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel up to 20–30% as needed.

Nice to have

• Exposure to fraud, risk, or identity verification concepts.
• Experience supporting SaaS implementations or onboarding processes.
• Experience working with partners, resellers, or indirect customer models.
• Familiarity with SQL or performance measurement.
