What you will do
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts from contract signature to first value validation.
- Develop and manage master project plans, including phased rollouts, milestone definitions, dependency tracking, and RACI documentation.
- Coordinate across internal pods consisting of CSMs, TAMs, Support, and Engineering to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage multi-stakeholder alignment on the customer side, coordinating between IT, Security, and executive sponsors.
- Build and maintain the enterprise implementation playbook, including templates, frameworks, and communication guides.
- Participate in late-stage sales for strategic deals to assess implementation complexity and set realistic expectations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in implementation or program management within B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically focused on enterprise-tier customers ($100K+ ACV).
- Strong fundamentals in timeline management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and communicate technical complexity to executive-level stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment and designing processes from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Experience in endpoint security, insider risk, DLP, or workforce monitoring categories.
- Familiarity with on-premise or hybrid deployment models.
- Experience using CS/Support tooling such as ChurnZero, Intercom, or HubSpot.
- Background in pre-sales engagement or solution scoping.
