What you will do

• Deliver system administration and support for all IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure secure environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of end-user support, including troubleshooting, process documentation, and long-term strategy.
• Oversee security and risk management, maintaining the Information Security Policy, Incident Response, and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Coordinate application integration and support in collaboration with vendors and business analysts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and data center management.
• Proficiency in IT security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Arvada, Colorado.
