TL;DR

Senior Product Scientist (Data Science / Marketing Measurement): Building and maintaining the marketing measurement foundation to enable evidence-based acquisition and retention decisions with an accent on incrementality testing and causal impact measurement. Focus on designing cross-channel experimentation infrastructure, identity resolution architecture, and connecting media investment to long-term member value.

Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid (3 days/week) for candidates in San Francisco, CA; Remote for candidates in New York City, NY, and Seattle, WA.

Salary: $122,400 - $190,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Craft product requirements and experimentation plans for marketing measurement and cross-channel incrementality testing.
  • Design experimentation infrastructure to measure the causal impact of paid media on acquisition, retention, and sustainable LTV.
  • Own the roadmap for data architecture and identity resolution to ensure reliable and scalable measurement.
  • Translate complex measurement requirements into technical specifications for engineering and data science partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, and Legal to align execution with measurement principles and privacy laws.
  • Define and monitor key metrics connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes like member acquisition quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, data science, or marketing technology.
  • Strong knowledge of incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience partnering with engineering/data science teams to build and ship measurement systems in production.
  • Solid grasp of identity resolution, event logging, and unbiased data architecture.
  • Must permanently reside in the United States full-time.
  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and legal functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), clean rooms, or privacy-safe measurement infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with causal inference methods such as holdout group design, geo-experiments, or synthetic control methods.
  • Prior experience in digital health, consumer subscription, or direct-to-consumer sectors.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and consent requirements like GDPR, CCPA, or ATT.
