What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical implementation for Information Security initiatives and project-related activities.
• Partner with Product and Technology leadership to facilitate planning sessions and align program increments with business goals.
• Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and execution plans for system consolidations and workflow enhancements.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate complex dependencies across engineering teams, focusing on auth systems and environment configurations.
• Coordinate with security teams to ensure internal services meet governance requirements and modern architectural standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and track outcome metrics to ensure new capabilities are successfully integrated across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Experience in Senior Technical Program Management roles managing complex, interdependent security projects.
• Expertise managing security projects across platforms, endpoint security, infrastructure, networks, and cloud/container security.
• Proven track record with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
• Deep proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to operate autonomously across global time zones with minimal oversight.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments.
• PMP or Agile certifications.
