What you will do

  • Integrate all program workstreams into a single, cohesive delivery plan.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and interfaces across business and IT functions.
  • Drive integrated planning across business, IT, and external vendors.
  • Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and the overall delivery approach.
  • Provide clear, consistent status, risk, and progress reporting.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for accurate tracking in partnership with the PMO team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or integration roles.
  • Experience leading large, global, multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT.
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies and complex delivery landscapes.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent English (German is preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in data, analytics, or IT transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
