What you will do

• Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with product strategy and growth priorities.
• Lead commercial and technical negotiations, including terms, success metrics, and integration scope.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure integrations meet partner expectations and deliver real value.
• Shape a roadmap for partner capabilities that unlock new product features, distribution, or markets.
• Lead product-led initiatives that span teams, such as platform improvements, process redesign, and analytics projects.
• Partner with the Head of Product to craft and align on OKRs, priorities, and multi-quarter product strategy.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in product partnerships, strategy consulting, business operations, or product management.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts; capable of structuring deals, assessing trade-offs, and evaluating partner fit.
• Exceptional communicator; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable working directly with executives and external partners.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, building structure, and driving cross-functional execution.
• Deep curiosity for technology and how systems, integrations, and networks scale.

Nice to have

• MBA or experience in high-growth or regulated environments.
