What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning platform improvements, pricing, analytics, and process redesign.
  • Manage technical execution by ensuring complete PRDs, Technical Design Documents, and integrated delivery plans.
  • Optimize the SDLC and implement KPIs to measure team velocity, system uptime, and deployment success rates.
  • Own the end-to-end test strategy for cross-team initiatives, including UAT, shadow validation, and audit-readiness.
  • Partner with leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable roadmaps.
  • Develop AI-powered tools, frameworks, and workflows to automate repetitive processes and enhance decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in program or technical program management within high-growth or regulated environments.
  • Must be based in New York City, United States for on-site work.
  • Proven AI-native approach, using AI tools daily to build workflows and automate operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts to assess trade-offs and model investment scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write clear documentation for executives and partners.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining the role through tangible execution.

  • Experience working specifically with regulated financial infrastructure.
