• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions.
• Develop and optimize modern data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical and architectural decision-making.
• Mentor and support other engineers within the team to improve engineering standards.
• Reduce technical debt and enhance long-term maintainability of the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Snowflake/dbt environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding other engineers.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with MuleSoft.
