What you will do

• Manage development timelines for approximately 30 new styles per month, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with Design, Licensing, and factories to move products from concept to final creation.
• Facilitate the licensor approval process using proprietary platforms to ensure brand alignment.
• Create detailed, factory-ready tech packs including materials, BOMs, and product instructions.
• Review and approve all samples and packaging for quality and accuracy before mass production.
• Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to identify risks and coordinate product testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development or 2-3 years of experience in consumer goods (accessories, apparel, footwear, or fast fashion).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with BOM creation and spec sheet (tech pack) development.
• Solid understanding of the product creation lifecycle in the consumer goods industry.
• Must be based onsite in Burbank, CA.
