Salary: $45,700 - $62,875

What you will do

• Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls.
• Conduct Investment Recommendation Conversations with customers.
• Handle brokerage transactions including trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Funds, Options, and Fixed Income.
• Manage operational inquiries regarding asset movement, account opening, and consolidation.
• Identify leads for the Retirement Advisor Team to drive new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Brokerage transaction and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience.
• Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses (required within corporate timelines).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available, including CPT/OPT).
• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection at home.

Nice to have

• Fully licensed candidates (Series 6 and 63).
• Past brokerage and mutual fund trading experience.
• Retail, IRA and/or 401K customer service experience.
• Strong technological skills and ability to multi-task across systems.
