Compensation: $55,250 – $74,750

What you will do

• Plan and organize workflow for the special products team to ensure efficiency and meet SLAs.
• Oversee functions for SCRA-protected loans, MERS, ARMs, successors in interest, co-ops, and assumptions.
• Resolve complex operational problems and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance metrics and quality through productivity models and business line testing.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management for direct reports.
• Ensure all servicing activities comply with investor, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US-specific benefits).
• 2+ years of special servicing experience.
• 1+ years of experience in people management.
• Comfort working in a startup environment.
• Experience in creating and developing new policies.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
