What you will do
- Guide veterinarians and technicians through the full-time placement process from initial interest to offer.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and hospital partners to match candidates with the right opportunities.
- Maintain and update candidate records, milestones, and placement data in HubSpot and other SaaS tools.
- Uphold and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing for completed placements.
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating permanent placements on or similar staffing platforms.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems such as HubSpot and Zendesk.
- Must be based in the USA to be eligible for employment and benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
