What you will do

• Design and develop robust full-stack solutions for high-impact web applications.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goals.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical code reviews.
• Implement software development best practices including TDD, secure coding, and algorithmic optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in web application development.
• 2+ years of experience using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting high-usage, high-throughput systems.

Nice to have

• Experience developing with cloud services such as AWS.
• Experience with microservices and serverless environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
• Experience with AI, LLM, or MCP implementation.
