• Develop full stack solutions targeted at reducing physician burnout and increasing patient engagement.
• Build and maintain high-quality clinical documentation tools using AI and Speech Recognition technology.
• Contribute code to a hybrid codebase across both frontend and backend layers.
• Perform code reviews and create technical design documents.
• Participate in sprint planning and task breakdown within an agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 4+ years of experience with modern languages: Java, C#, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), Node, Go, or Python.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
