What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications using React, Flutter, and Ruby on Rails.
• Own project outcomes from conception to delivery, ensuring software is maintainable and ships on time.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals and provide proactive communication.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Mentor teammates and serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in software development (self-taught, bootcamp, or professional).
• Proficiency in a preferred programming language, including OO concepts, loops, and conditionals.
• A well-defined AI coding workflow and the ability to defend tool choices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits.
