What you will do

• Scope customer analysis requests and produce results using SQL, R, and Python within agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with life sciences partners to develop and support peer-reviewed publications.
• Write regex queries in Databricks SQL to extract specific clinical concepts from clinical notes.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on data wrangling and analyzing RWD.
• Create enablement materials to help onboard new researchers as the platform evolves.
• Deliver customer feedback to internal teams to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Degree in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Real World Data (RWD) using SQL, R, and Python.
• Experience working with large databases containing millions of patients' records.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with customers to deliver high-quality research analyses.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship for F-1 OPT, H1-B, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with Regex query writing.
• Proficiency in statistics, regression, survival analyses, and Kaplan-Meier.
• Experience with Spark or PySpark.
• Knowledge of Propensity Score Matching.
