Salary: $60,000 (annual gross, prorated over 12 weeks)

What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive statistical and diagnostic analyses to isolate causal drivers of operational variance and inefficiencies.
• Translate analytical insights into custom data tables and optimize Databricks Genie spaces for self-service business insights.
• Operate as a core team member within Agile rhythms, including daily connects, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Execute rapid-response diagnostic investigations into operational shifts and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with the team and present analytical insights during regular demos.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in SQL, data modeling, and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio).
• Ability to translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• Must be based in the United States.
