What you will do

• Conduct data analysis of MERL routines and survey-based data collection initiatives.
• Develop and implement research protocols and MERL plans, including indicators, targets, and analytics.
• Design evaluation studies, such as household surveys, and oversee their implementation.
• Adapt and manage data collection tools, including surveys and interview guides.
• Collaborate with program teams to refine strategies based on data findings.
• Provide capacity building and mentorship to staff in specific MERL skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in data management and analysis for public health program evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in quantitative data analysis.
• Experience using advanced statistical software such as Stata or R.
• Proven track record of contributing to peer-reviewed publications as an author.

• Experience in qualitative data analysis.
• Experience managing research field teams.
• Proven ability in building the capacity of team members.
• Experience designing rigorous data collection tools.
