Salary: $102,400 - $143,400 USD

What you will do

• Prospect and collaborate with potential customers to deliver Reddit advertising solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Acquire net new direct and agency-driven clients and ensure their long-term success on the platform.
• Identify and close additional growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.
• Take full ownership of your book of business, including revenue forecasting and strategic bets.
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback on sales processes and products to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in digital media, with 1-3 years specifically in sales.
• Required to work in-person from the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week.
• High proficiency with sales tools for research, prospecting, and client outreach at scale.
• Ability to effectively manage a book of 30+ accounts.
• Subject matter expertise in native advertising and the social media landscape.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
