What you will do
- Build a steady cadence of qualified discovery meetings and plant walkthroughs for Regional Sales and Business Development Managers.
- Execute multi-channel outreach sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn, iteratively testing messaging based on conversion data.
- Host initial customer introduction calls to identify operational challenges and determine if they align with Apera's vision-guided robotics.
- Conduct early technical discovery conversations to gather details on picking processes, product complexity, and facility environments.
- Prepare detailed opportunity briefs for the Sales Team, including feasibility indicators and identified stakeholders.
- Manage prospect lists and account structures using HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Must be based in Central or Eastern Europe.
- 3+ years of experience in SDR or BDR roles, preferably within manufacturing, automation, robotics, or technical B2B markets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operations managers, automation engineers, and plant leaders.
- Disciplined approach to daily execution, including high-volume outreach and strong CRM hygiene.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong asset.
