What you will do

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including reviewing, validating, and processing vendor invoices.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and align AP subledgers with the general ledger.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and manage professional relationships with vendors.
• Prepare payment proposals and coordinate scheduled payments via banking platforms and ERP systems.
• Ensure all documentation meets tax compliance requirements and support internal and external audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Operations, or Financial Administration.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, ASPEL, CONTPAQi).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Must be based in Mexico

Nice to have

• CPA designation or progress toward certification.
• Experience working in fintech, financial services, or fast-growing companies.
